Robert is an experienced psychotherapist having worked in both NHS and private capacities. Primarily a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist (CBT), Robert also incorporates additional modalities into his work, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) and EMDR (link). Robert is experienced in working with varying age groups, from adolescents, adults and older adults. He works with a number of presentations; anxiety disorders, depression and stress, to severe and enduring cases such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), personality disorders, and Bipolar Disorder.
